Every effort should be made to play the game. Players may be shared if a team is short for a match. Sporting considerations should be paramount.

Fees

The fees for this season are:
$20 per player for new players.
$10 per player if they are registered in another CSSA sanctioned league, e.g. CARSL, SCWSL

You may download the roster in Word format or PDF format or Excel Spreadsheet to the League Registrar

You may download the waiver in Word format or PDF format. Have your players sign this Waiver Document before participating. You keep the original and fax a copy to the League Registrar at 708-570-3315

You should not give the referee your roster. Use this form for the referee. They do not need all the personal data included on the official roster. You may download the Game Roster in Excel format. When you print it there will be header and footer information such as Team, Opponent, Match Date.
