Designed, coded and implemented MIS ad-hoc reporting systems for membership, and
claims information systems. Maintained a monthly MIS membership reporting system.
Designed and loaded tables in Sybase, Oracle, Access and Approach. Used Rexx,
RapidSql, SQL-Plus, PL/SQL, Excel, PowerBuilder, InfoMaker, and Lotus123 under
Windows95, on a Novell Network.

Designed, coded, tested and installed Year 2000 (Y2K) Library Extract System using
REXX, Panvalet, TSO, ISPF and JCL/Utilities. Identified the Source Code, Procedures
and JCL that needed Y2K evaluation, for the Orion Corporate and CT Specialty Groups.
This was as a second shift job while at Kaiser-Permanente.
